Engagement on Sale of Local 24-Hour Fitness Franchise

Waxhaw, NC---On June 29, 2017, John and Lana Lamkin completed their successful acquisition of Snap Fitness-Waxhaw from Tripp and Elyse Drawdy.  Legacy M&A Advisor Andrew R. Holtgrewe (Andy), CPA, CBI represented the Lamkins in the transaction.

Established in 2008, Snap Fitness-Waxhaw has offered residents of Union County a clean, reliable, and safe 24-hour fitness option for nearly a decade.

“John and I are thrilled to take over Snap Fitness from the Drawdys,” states Lana Lamkin, new Co-Owner and Managing Director.  “Our goal is to continue to focus on our valued customers and to provide an atmosphere that is both welcoming and conducive to helping our clients meet and exceed their fitness objectives.”

Lana, an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, will be adding the responsibilities of managing the day-to-day operations of the gym to her continuing personal training role.
